YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE

Privacy policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

What this notice covers

This notice explains how this MailMerge website handles your information, along with the email storage practices described for the connected Mailroom app.

Your email data

Email data provided to the connected app is stored in Supabase. We do not sell that data or reuse it for marketing, advertising, profiling, or training AI models. Processing is limited to providing the email features you choose to use.

Your data may be processed by service providers needed to operate those features, including Supabase for storage and Google for Gmail features you authorize. This website’s live demo does not connect to those services.

The live demo stays in your browser

Messages you type and recipient selections in the live demo are held in page memory. This website does not send, upload, or save that demo content. Reloading or leaving the page clears it. The recipients and screenshots shown on the landing page are examples.

Preferences and cookies

We store your cookie preference on your device for up to 180 days. If you allow preferences, we also remember your light or dark theme. Choosing “Essential only” removes the saved theme; switching themes still works for your current visit.

This website does not include analytics, advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or third-party embedded media. See the cookie policy for the exact storage keys and how to clear them.

Website requests

Loading the site sends standard connection information, such as your IP address and browser request details, to the server hosting it. Hosting infrastructure may keep operational logs. Demo message content is not included in those requests.

Your choices

You can change your website preferences at any time using . You can also clear this site’s data in your browser. Clearing website storage does not delete email data stored in the connected app.

Access to or deletion of stored email data must be handled by the operator of the connected Mailroom service. Your browser settings do not control server-side email records.

Other services and changes

Google and Supabase have their own privacy notices for the services they provide. MailMerge is an independent product; mentioning Gmail describes compatibility, not a Google affiliation.

If data practices change, this notice and its update date will be revised. New optional storage purposes will require a new choice.
